ABOUT ME

Hello my fellow classmates,
My name is Shelbee Wilhite, 25 years old and a second year college student, my first year and quarter attending Peninsula College. In 2010 I did my medical assistant nursing school through Everest College and in 2012 I completed a year of classes at Olympic College of prerequisites working toward the RN program. I hope to complete the second half of my prerequisite classes this year and apply for the nursing program at Peninsula.
A little about my home life, we live in Silverdale and I grew up in Seabeck. I have boyfriend of 8 years who works at Bangor, 2 step children 7 & 9 Years old both boys, and a new baby boy who just turned a year old. We have 3 dogs, two boxers and a pit bull lab. I am a stay at home mom and a full time student and also care for my niece and nephew during the day in my home. In the past I have worked as a medical assistant, receptionist and a Pre K and Kindergarten teacher at a Montessori school in Silverdale.
My writing strengths is a tough one, I have not taken a writing/English class in many years. It definitely is one of my better subjects because I really enjoy English unlike math I really struggle in mathematics. One of the reasons I took this course is to get a refresher course of English to better complete further courses.
